Before contacting Voyced
- Check the Voyced service status page.
- Confirm whether the request used Sandbox or Live.
- Check the HTTP status and error code.
- Copy the
request_id. - Repeat a read-only request once after a short delay when appropriate.
Include these details
- Environment: Sandbox or Live
- Endpoint method and path
- UTC time of the request
- HTTP status
- Error code and safe error message
- Voyced request ID
Never include
- API secret
- Bearer token
- Complete Authorization header
- Credentials in a screenshot
